VOLUNTEERS

We would like to give a tremendous THANK YOU to all of our volunteers from near and far who have been assisting us. If there is anyone available to assist us with our clean up effort TOMORROW, please come to the Achiezer office at 334 Central Avenue at 10am tomorrow where we will be dispatching groups of volunteers to homes for cleanup. Please email your name, phone number, and the amount of people you plan to come with to info@achiezer.org.

FEMA FUNDING ADVISORY

Nassau residents are strongly encouraged to be sure to get into the system to be eligible for construction funding. To do so, please call (888) 684-4267 and be sure to include a summary of damages (boiler, electric, rood, mold, etc.) That information is relayed to FEMA who will then send a field inspector to the site, and the homeowner will sign an inspection confirmation waiver and work can then potentially begin.

Please be advised that due to the overwhelming needs, there will be a legal insurance clinic with J- Link. Details will be sent out before Shabbos.
