Full-Time Administrative Assistant
A local company is looking to hire a full-time office assistant. Candidate must be organized, have excellent people and phone skills, computer savvy and proficient with Word and Excel.
Candidate should be organized, detail oriented, highly motivated, confident, have a great telephone personality and skilled at multitasking & problem solving. Candidate will be counted on to help with various clerical and administrative tasks as well as assisting sales staff in researching pricing and product. Candidate MUST be comfortable with the internet, phone, fax and excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. Most communications are done via phone or email.
Hours: Mon-Fri -. Salary commensurate with experience.
