Job Description

The incumbent will work on writing job descriptions, ensuring compensation decisions are well documented, be the first line of contact for questions pertaining to compensation and sourcing market data. The right candidate will have a strong working knowledge of excel, good communication,  can exercise the upmost confidentiality and discretion and have 1 to 2 years of experience in this space. Soft skills expected: analytical thinker and quick problem solver; adaptable within the workplace; eager to grow; ambitious; professional

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Ensure our company has accurate job descriptions for positions
  • Ensure notes, comments, and comp decisions are properly documented
  • Source market data for matched positions
  • Responsible for general administration of compensation department

Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong knowledge of excel
  • Proficient writing skills
  • Adaptable in different settings
  • Ability to interact with various departments within the organization
