Full-Time Customer Happiness Associate
Twillory, a growing e-commerce company in the men’s apparel space, is looking for a full-time customer service associate to join our existing team. The bulk of your time will be spent on e-mail in our customer service portal, responding to a plethora of different requests, creating orders, processing returns and ensuring that our customers’ needs are met. You will occasionally interact with 3rd party warehouse staff and speak with customers on the phone. The position is in-house in our Valley Stream office, although some work time can be spent remotely, if needed.
We require solid computer literacy, reasonable typing speed, excellent communication skills, good command of the English language, and – above all – a strong and true desire to make our customers happy and promote the Twillory brand.
